Ingredients:
2 medium bananas (236 g), ripe
4 large eggs (200 g)
Method:
Mash the ripe banana.
Beat the eggs and stir into the banana.
Pour onto a lightly oiled frying pan. Flip when bubbles appear. You can usually make 2 small pancakes per 2 eggs/1 banana.
