Ingredients:
  • 2 medium bananas (236 g), ripe

  • 4 large eggs (200 g)

Method:
  1. Mash the ripe banana.

  2. Beat the eggs and stir into the banana.

  3. Pour onto a lightly oiled frying pan. Flip when bubbles appear. You can usually make 2 small pancakes per 2 eggs/1 banana.
