Serves 1.

Ingredients:
  • 100g feta cheese

  • 1 medium tomato (85g)

  • 1/3 of a cucumber

  • 15g black olives

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 large wholewheat pitta

  • 20g red onion, finely sliced

Method:
  1. Dice the feta, tomato and cucumber and toss together with the onion, olives and oregano.

  2. Heat the pitta in the toaster or airfryer and serve.
