Ingredients:
100g feta cheese
1 medium tomato (85g)
1/3 of a cucumber
15g black olives
1 tsp dried oregano
1 large wholewheat pitta
20g red onion, finely sliced
Method:
Dice the feta, tomato and cucumber and toss together with the onion, olives and oregano.
Heat the pitta in the toaster or airfryer and serve.
