This recipe gives you a versatile overnight oats recipe that you can pimp in any way you like. It's simply delicious topped with fruit or berries and a dollop of yoghurt or try stirring through some raw cacao and peanut butter if you're feeling more decadent!

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

100g porridge oats

1 grated apple

350ml plant-based or dairy milk

1 tbs chia seeds

2 tbs yoghurt

1 tsp maple syrup or honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Mix everything together well and pop in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Stir after an hour or so, if convenient. Top with nuts, seeds, berries, dried fruit, extra yoghurt - choose different options every day!
