30g spinach
80g sourdough bread or 1 English muffin
Method:
Pop the sourdough bread / muffin in the toaster.
Wilt your fresh spinach in the microwave for 1 minute (no oil needed).
Scramble two medium eggs either in the microwave using no oil or with a spray of olive oil in the pan.
