Serves 1
Ingredients
250ml milk - dairy or plant-based, I use almond milk
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon maple syrup / honey if needed
Mix the milk with the spices in a mug
Microwave for 1 minute, stir and then for another 30 seconds or until warmed through
Leave to infuse for 2 mins, stirring with a cinnamon stick if you have it, adding maple syrup or honey if required.
